FitBrief provides document parsing previews, text comparisons, evidence mapping, writing prompts, and educational guidance. Outputs are generated from the information you supply and can contain omissions, parsing errors, or unsuitable suggestions.
FitBrief is not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, legal adviser, or career adviser. It does not guarantee compatibility with any applicant tracking system, eligibility for a role, an interview, an offer, or another hiring outcome.
Do not use the service to impersonate another person, fabricate credentials, process unlawfully obtained personal information, disrupt the site, bypass technical limits, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, FitBrief disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for hiring decisions, lost opportunities, document errors, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. If a limitation is not enforceable where you live, it applies only to the maximum extent allowed there.
Features and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Stop using the service if you do not agree with an updated version.
